• Members must follow library rules, maintain discipline, and treat the facility and other members with respect.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
• Membership plans (Daily, Monthly, 3 Months, 6 Months, Yearly) are as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify plans and pricing with prior notice.

3. Book Rental and Sale

• Book rental requires a valid ID. Books must be returned within the agreed rental period.
• Books must be returned in the same condition. Damage or loss may result in charges.
• Purchased books are non-refundable unless defective. Exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. We strive to deliver within the stated period but are not liable for delays due to external factors.

4. Payment

Payments are accepted as per the methods communicated at the time of registration or purchase. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You must not disrupt the study environment, damage property, or engage in any activity that harms other members or our reputation.
